Alan Brazil

Alan Bernard Brazilis a Scottish broadcaster and former professional footballer who played as a forward.

During his playing career, he featured prominently for clubs including Ipswich Town, Tottenham Hotspur, and Manchester United. At international level, he represented Scotland national team, earning recognition as a capable striker during the late 1970s and 1980s.

Brazil’s career was cut short due to a recurring back injury, which forced his early retirement from professional football. He subsequently transitioned into media, initially working in television before establishing himself in radio.

He later became a long-standing presenter on talkSPORT, where he has built a reputation as one of the most recognizable voices in sports broadcasting.
