Targon Core Investment Becomes Sole Owner of Trinity Way DMCC

Dubai, UAE — Targon Core Investment has become the sole owner of Trinity Way DMCC following the completion of a corporate transaction in April 2026.

The transaction marks the latest stage in the company’s ownership history and reflects Trinity Way DMCC’s current corporate structure.

Trinity Way DMCC was originally incorporated in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre under the name KRU Overseas DMCC. In February 2023, the company was acquired by DEA FZCO and subsequently rebranded as Trinity Way DMCC.

Following the 2023 transaction, Trinity Way DMCC operated under the ownership and management structure established by DEA FZCO. In April 2026, DEA FZCO transferred ownership of the company to Targon Core Investment in a separate corporate transaction.

According to the company, the updated ownership structure reflects Targon Core Investment as the sole owner of Trinity Way DMCC.

Trinity Way DMCC said that maintaining clear and up-to-date corporate information remains an important part of its approach to governance and engagement with banks, counterparties and business partners.
