Quantexa Weighs Multibillion-Dollar IPO in London or New York
British artificial intelligence firm Quantexa is weighing a multibillion-dollar public offering, with CEO Vishal Marria confirming that the company is evaluating listings in either the United Kingdom or the United States. While the firm has been ready to go public since January, no definitive timeline has been established.
Beyond the potential IPO, minority shareholder Warburg Pincus is reportedly working with Citigroup to explore the sale of its 9% to 10% stake in the company. This private process, which could involve other investors, remains in the early stages and is expected to move toward an auction later this year. Quantexa was last valued at approximately $2.6 billion during a 2023 funding round led by Teachers' Venture Growth.
